Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of freecellnow.com, including the FreeCell game, puzzles, Daily Challenge, Deal Difficulty Index, articles, research, tools, email features, and other content or functionality made available through the site (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Operator
The Service is operated under the FreeCell Now name by its legal entity organized in the State of Wyoming, United States (“FreeCell Now,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility and permitted use
You may use the Service only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, FreeCell Now grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal, informational, educational, or other ordinary end-user purposes.
Free service and charges
The Service is currently provided free of charge. You are not required to make a purchase or pay a subscription fee to access or play the FreeCell game made available through the Service.
If FreeCell Now later offers a separately identified paid product, feature, or service, any price and additional terms applicable to that offering will be presented before you agree to purchase it.
Intellectual property and ownership
The Service contains material owned by or licensed to FreeCell Now. To the extent protected by applicable law, this includes the site's source and object code; JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS; original visual design and user-interface expression; graphics, animations, sounds, text, articles, explanations, research materials, original analysis, and editorial content; and the original selection, organization, compilation, and presentation of protectable material and data.
Except for the limited right to use the Service granted by these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Service or its protected content is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
FreeCell Now, its logo, visual identifiers, and related source-identifying elements may be protected by trademark and unfair-competition laws. These Terms do not grant permission to use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or origin from FreeCell Now.
What this does not claim: FreeCell Now does not claim exclusive ownership of the general rules, ideas, systems, methods of operation, mathematical facts, or public-domain elements of the game of FreeCell. Intellectual-property protection applies to protectable original expression and other rights recognized by law, not to ideas or game mechanics themselves.
No copying, cloning, or unauthorized republication
Unless FreeCell Now gives you prior written permission, or applicable law expressly allows the activity notwithstanding these Terms, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit substantial or protectable portions of the Service;
- copy or reuse FreeCell Now source code, compiled code, site assets, original written content, original research presentation, or original visual/interface expression in another website, application, game, repository, product, or service;
- create, publish, operate, or distribute a clone, mirror, white-label copy, or substantially derivative product that reproduces protected expression from FreeCell Now;
- systematically scrape, harvest, download, mirror, or extract substantial portions of the Service or its content by automated means, except for ordinary search-engine indexing or where we have expressly authorized the activity;
- remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices;
- circumvent access controls, security measures, rate limits, or technical restrictions, or attempt to obtain non-public code, data, or systems without authorization; or
- use FreeCell Now content or code in a manner that falsely represents it as your own, falsely suggests that FreeCell Now endorses or operates another product, or otherwise misrepresents source or affiliation.
The fact that browser-delivered code or assets can be viewed, cached, or inspected does not grant you a license to copy, republish, redistribute, or reuse them beyond the permissions in these Terms or rights provided by applicable law.
Unauthorized copying, republication, distribution, or creation of derivative works may infringe copyright, trademark, or other legal rights. FreeCell Now reserves the right to seek takedowns, injunctive relief, damages, or other remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including any rights you may have under applicable copyright exceptions such as fair use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not use the Service to violate law or the rights of others; interfere with or degrade the Service; introduce malware or malicious code; probe or attack systems without authorization; bypass security controls; impersonate another person or entity; or use automated activity at a volume that unreasonably burdens the Service.
You may link to public pages on freecellnow.com as long as the link does not falsely imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation and does not otherwise violate applicable law.
Research, rankings, and informational content
FreeCell Now publishes game analysis and research, including deal-difficulty information, rankings, percentiles, methodology, and related editorial material. These materials are provided for informational and recreational purposes. They may be revised as methods, datasets, software, or our understanding changes.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, rankings, difficulty measurements, hints, strategy material, and other game-related outputs are not guarantees of a particular result and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, or other regulated advice.
Feedback and communications
If you voluntarily send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other feedback about the Service, you give FreeCell Now permission to use that feedback to operate, improve, and develop the Service without an obligation to compensate you. You retain ownership of any intellectual property you already own in material you submit.
If you subscribe to the Daily Challenge or otherwise provide an email address, your subscription and related information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe using the link included in the applicable emails.
Third-party services and links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, websites, infrastructure, or content. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies. FreeCell Now does not control and is not responsible for third-party services merely because the Service links to or interoperates with them.
Changes, availability, and termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, including features, content, research, deal data, or availability, at any time. We do not promise that any particular feature or item of content will remain available indefinitely.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, our rights, or third parties; to investigate abuse or security issues; or to respond to legal requirements.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FreeCell Now disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or that any game, hint, result, statistic, ranking, or other information will always be complete or accurate.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreeCell Now and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of FreeCell Now for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid directly to FreeCell Now for use of the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeCell Now and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, together with applicable federal law of the United States.
Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, you agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
If the law where you live gives you mandatory consumer rights or a non-waivable right to bring a claim in another forum, these Terms do not take those rights away.
General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and FreeCell Now regarding your use of the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, our practices, or applicable requirements change. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially different terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
